Project Manager

One Name, One Face , One Contact. To simplify the process and shorten the communication lines we appoint a project manager to every job who will oversee every aspect of your Job. He / She will be your contact throughout our time with you and beyond.

Measuring and Appraisal

On arrival at your premises your project Manager will first assess the area that you wish the shutters to be fitted to, in a photographic audit and by making drawings of your room. They will test if the walls are straight and true, if the opening allowed is square to accept square shutters and if the walls are able to support the weight required. Only once this survey has been carried out will they be able to advise you which style of shutters will fit and work in your place of choice. On occasions we have found that customers ask for a product that simply will not fit in their window or door frame - we will be very honest with you but look for a compromise that keeps you the customer happy. We aim not to over promise and under deliver.

Selection of Product

Customers often think that they have only one choice to make in the selection of their shutters – The Colour. Your Project Manager will help you choose the right shutter that fits in with your current décor, that also enhances your room not just in colour but also in style. Through our expertise we can help you choose the correct width of louver to enhance your room right down to the fine detail of the wooden surrounds and the hinges that they are hung on.

Installation

In Uniform our factory trained staff will install your shutters with the full knowledge of the quirks of your room from the Measuring and Appraisal Survey. They will treat your home/ Office with the utmost respect and install your chosen product in the way recommended by the manufacturer. Every care is taken not to disrupt your surroundings during this time. All waste and packaging is removed from the premises.

After Sales Services

Our job does not end once your shutters are installed to your satisfaction. Of course your product comes with a three year guarantee against Manufacturers Defects but we also understand that accidents can happen in the home/ work place. We want our shutters to look good for years to come and that is why every job supplied comes with an Emergency Kit in the form of a bottle of touch up paint and 2 Louvers in the event of that inevitable accident. We are also on hand out with the three year guarantee period in the event that help is required.
